Summer

I just had the strongest memory of coconut suntan lotion, the competing smells of chlorine and ocean, the sound of the waterslide and the warmth of the sun.  Remember how you could feel the water evaporate off your skin?  Warm concrete under your feet.  A cold, pure-cane sugar soda in your hand.  Pop that top.  Summer, always and forever.
